hello Iodine fellows,
I am currently on day 9 and I am taking 18 vertical drops , no side effects at all, should I assume I am almost clean?

I have started supplementing mainly b/c I have low progesterone. I am somewhat worried about my thyroid getting used to it and having to take it for my whole lifetime maybe? is there such a possibility? I mean I know that it would be wise supplementing for a lifetime but I am afraid that supplementing might become MANDATORY after doing Iodine for a while ( esp. high dosage). I just do not want to become addicted
