I guess because I have not lost any weight according to the scale. I feel like I have by my clothes. I have reduce my insulin also. I know I am doing this for the benefits of the cleanse but I was hopeing to lose like 5lbs. Even though in the beginning it was really hard not to put anything in my mouth. So I have been struggling with that. Maybe that is why I haven't lost anything. I had like 5 spoons of rice....stuff like that. Do you think that is why I haven't lost anything. I started yesterday on the Blackstrap Molasses to curve the sweet craving.
