I have attended the Sahaja Yoga sessions & enjoyed the classes and learning about how to raise the kundalini....

My problem is that after over a month of practice, I still cannot feel any coolness or breeze coming out of my crown chakra...

am i doing it wrong, any suggestions? your experience might help, tks
