I have not lost any weight. I look slimmer and my face is slimmer but the scales tell me different. I am a diabetic and has reduced my insulin to almost nothing. This is day 4 and I just wonder why I have lost anything. I am getting discouraged about this. I also take 2 tylenol sleey time pills everynight to go to sleep, could that be the reason why I have not lost any weight. Please Help
