You're more than welcome...and letting off steam is something that we all DESPERATELY need to do - this is as good as place as any.

Quick lil' story...we live rurally, and 'sound REALLY travels' out here, especially at night. Last night our closest neighbors (around 1/4 kilometer), had their neices and nephews over for a 4th of July celebration. We heard the lil' ones screaming in delight and occasionally screaming with frustration/anger. I said to my husband..."no wonder they're so vibrant and 'alive' - everytime they experience joy and happiness they 'let it out' and the joy just 'rings' through the air - and when they experience frustration or anger, their little hearts just sob and rage so 'cleanly' and forcefully...and they drop into bed and sleep in full peacefulness - awaking 'cleansed and fresh' to start each day."

'Tis no wonder we adults have so much negative energy. All all our lives we've stifled our greatest joys & pains...and internalized them - and we end up stressed, burdened and each new day is sometimes a burden/trial to face.

I wonder if I am even able to scream for joy and let it permeate my soul and the air around me. I think I'll be giving that a try real soon :)
