I don't drink caffeine....and eat alot of salad and fruit. And alot of water. It's lasted all through the day today and I feel like something heavy is on my forehead...there's so much preassure!!! Also when I touch the temple area and around it...it's sore. I will have to try some of your recommendations. Someone freaked me out by saying it could be a brain anuerysm!!!! ahhhhhhhh
