Coconut Oil w/2 drops of oregano oil has worked for me. It took about 5 days for my gums to stop bleeding w/this regime. I switched to castor oil and had a toothache, but have gone back to my EVCO and oregano. (Be careful w/the oregano, tho, it is very strong!)
