I haven't used Aloe yet. I think it was fenugreek that caused it - not really diarrhea, just increased BMs.

I emailed a member of this site for info on home made A*****ose. He replied once a few days ago and that was it. I told him I'm interested in buying these 4 materials from him, and then never heard back from him. I'm presume he got busy or something. I hope to hear back from him. I'm hoping that with the right glyco raw ingredients that loose stools will not be an issue for me.

OP caused me to get loose stools too, and I was fine with that for a month or two, then I noticed mineral deficiencies that I probably had before starting OP.
