I have been taking like 1/4 tsp of Borax in 1 liter of water. I do this twice a week. I am not sure how many mgs of Borax equals 1/4 tsp.

I dont have arthritis. I am doing it, just to chelate fluoride from my body.


I got Borax from Laundary section. 20 MULE TEAM BORAX. It said its 99.9% pure.
