It is my understanding that some parasite eggs and cysts can live indefinitely outside the body. They can be found floating in air and water. They also lay pockets of eggs in your body, that can hatch out after you've done a cleanse. It's very important to cleanse regularly, just like we deworm our pets and livestock. It's also important to strengthen the immune systems. Otherwise parasites will come back and make you sick again. They will come back, regardless. But if your immune system is strong and you are deworming regularly, you won't get nearly as sick as you will if you do nothing to protect yourself.

As for me, I'm a lot more worried about incurring brain and kidney damage from parasitical infection than from the herbs I take to combat them. I have been cleansing my body for four years. I take periodic breaks, but if I stop cleansing for more than thirty days, the disease comes back. It hits me hard and fast. It quickly became apparent to me early on that I had to stay on top of things, and keep my body pure if I wanted to stay alive and feel good. I go for a very deep cleanse to keep my parasite load minimal, and have very few compared to most of the people I know, who won't even want to acknowledge they have them.

Of course, if you try to talk about deworming to people who are in denial, they either think you are crazy, or become afraid they are going to catch them from you. It's ironic. The reason I am compelled to tell people about parasite cleansing is because they are obviously infected, and I don't want to catch anything from them.

In order to reach the parasites hiding in the deepest tissues and recesses of my body, I do not hesitate to take a whole lot more than the recommended dose of most products (except bloodroot). I always start with a low dose, smaller than recommended, and increase until I feel/get results. Results means die-off and elimination.

I am convinced that it is our bodies that are toxic, not herbs. If the body is clean and pure, it utilizes anti-parastical herbs like super potent nutritional supplements designed by nature to support and enhance the immune system. It feels to me like the herbs I take are fine tuning my body's defenses. If a person is extremely toxic (has a large parasite load), taking anti-parasitical herbs will cause major die off symptoms. A large amount of ammonia and other poisons are released into the system. If you kill too many of them off too quickly, you can damage yourself. It is important to start with a very small dose and slowly build up.

It is also important to eliminate them if you get constipated when you take the anti-parasitical herbs. Constipation keeps the eggs inside the host, until they have time to hatch out, so they can continue colonizing. Bowel, kidney, gall bladder, liver and blood cleansing protocols are an essential part of the process, too. You have to eliminate the dead parasites, the poison their rotting carcasses emit, and the eggs they've laid.
