pleased you are feeling a lot better already:)i dont know much about the copper iud, except some people get more heavy bleeding on it and sometimes more period pain, but as it has no hormones in it, you shouldnt get all the stuff you have been having with the mirena. No doubt a good "googling" should pick up all the info you need:) good luck, i am sure that every day you will feel a bit better still:)x
