Hi, you should cut out the rice, the cocoa, the pumpkin seeds, the high carb vegetables like beans and peas and the ryvita. I'd say these are risky things to eat and best to leave alone. They can feed it almost as well as direct sugar. You probably should not be eating grains, seeds, high carb vegetables (including potatoes, corn, carrots as well), cocoa, milk, cheese, or even nuts early in the diet till you got the yeast situation sorted.

I'd suggest reading the articles and hope this will help you. There will always be contradictios and arguments somewhere with how to treat candida, but i find that site very sound, though some argue about the FOS / inulin. Some do ok on them, some may not.
