Sounds like a plan to me. It’s not good to do a parasite cleanse while constipated, because it can make the “die off” symptoms worse. It’s important to drink a lot of water too.

I have only done a mild parasite cleanse(1 month on Paragone). It was a pretty wild ride, but it really helped to clear up a skin condition I had, and it helped with my allergies. I plan on doing another parasite cleanse (Humaworm) in August.
