I didn't get your message in time before I "cheated" by eating some beets, but I feel like I'm getting better and better at juice fasting and will definitely refer to your message for encouragement in the future.

Amazingly enough, I feel it has been working despite my small strays from the program. I feel great today (3rd day). Those herbs don't mess around!

Hopefully next time I will be able to stick with only juice and witness the miracle. I'm actually thinking of going thru the rest of my liver detox package (it seems there is enough for two weeks in there), and doing this with very minimal organic solid food (it is difficult to juice at work...).
