Yes I think I am close to being saturated. One of the things that tells me this is a very runney nose after taking the 4 drops in the morning. Also I'm not into fooling around with this to much because I have one kidney. I lost one to cancer in 03.

Like I said a while back I thought that the Iodine was dealing with my lungs. That is now clearing up. Now that was a bit painful when it was going on, and scary.

What you might want to do is go to 4 drops when you go back on it, and see what your body says.

I will go to 2 drops when I feel that my lung thing is finished.
