Thanks everyone for your replies and kind words in response to my earlier post. I just got my computer back after it got infected with a virus and had to go to the computer hospital for a full system recovery.

I think the way to go for me is candigest plus (its a new addition to the range sans sucre, apparently) so that I spare my liver at least some die off onslaught. And the garlic enemas and P&B shakes. That should do for starters, with supplements, of course.

I just found out from the Doctor yesterday (I thought I was having a bad start to the menopause, I'm over 40). that my 'bad menapause' has been two miscarriages in four months. Both at exactly 6 weeks. I have to have progesterone testing done and other stuff, and thyroid, liver and kidney tests are being done.

I'm gutted, and feel this could be rooted in whatever also causes my candida. Maybe when they fix whatever is malfunctioning it might help my body cope with the candida that so readily chokes it up.

Anyway, thanks for your posts. And yes, I'm back on my horse and straightening myself up to move on!
