I agree with LadyJane. Actually I tried it for 3 days and I just don't like all that stuff in me. I gave mine away.

The cheapest thing you can try is Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate). For 3 weeks you take 1 tsp every morning. You can do this 3x a year.
