I've decided to stop using Splenda. I stopped using Aspertame after it helped destroy my health some years ago. Of course we all thought Splenda was "OK"> apparently it is not.

So I am switching to Xylitol, but want to check now, before years go by, whether there are any reports about Xylitol being harmful or having hidden dangers like Splenda does.
