I completely agree. It seems the best way to heal from candida is to stick to the diet and let the body heal slowly as to not do any more damage to it. At least in the initial phase, until it may be needed to use antifungals to get rid of all the candida. Do you think it would be too early to Bowel Cleanse after 2 months on the diet? I also have die-off from only the diet, still after 1,5 months, and I am afraid of how my body will react if I stir up too many toxins with this cleanse.
