I can relate very much to "Feelings of depression, real panic and not wanting to leave the house..."
I have been depressed, emotional and irritable for about 4 days straight. I have also had anxiety that has kind of taken over, both at home and at work.
At work I have just wanted to get back home and be away from people. I am glad that I'm only working part-time at the moment.
Last night was awful and I felt like I was in a hell of sorts.
Today is the first day that there is no anxiety and practically no depression.
I feel that I have achieved great results during the 10 days I've been on Humaworm, and that I have just left the worst behind!
My herbs were the 'extra strength' version and boy did I feel it (and so did the creatures)!!
I actually feel fantastic this afternoon - better than I have in months.
I wish you well on your cleanse and am certain that much benefit will be gained, as you are already demonstrating strong, positive signs of a clean-out.
The 'dark' bit of the tunnel doesn't take that long to pass through and it is so worth it.
