the best way is to see an ND. You would probably have some tests, etc.

An MD will rarely do the right tests, and rarely give you Armour. If you have an MD who is cool, and listens to you, maybe he/she will cooperate.

Go there and post a request for the "Resource List".

There are a lot of people there who are experienced and helpful.
