I realised that though I had correct form when working out, I realized that my midsection was tight haphazardly thus causing back pain.I noticed today when doing push ups and chin ups,I tried tensing my abs and core muscles as tightly as I can while still breating in and out.I was able to not only contract my working muscles harder but I noticed I had almost no pain in my lower back.Something soo easy to do but overlooked.
