Hi everyone,
Im interested in following the Iodine protocol but have no idea where to start. I believe I have sluggish thyroid, adrenal fatigue. Also have system candida on a grand scale.

Looking through this site everyone seems to know what they are doing, but can anyone direct me to a 'how to' page, or site, that informs what Iodine does, what to take, how to take it, and where to get it?
