Hiya there,
Thanks for answering my question. I have tried cutting out dairy products before BUT usually with the odd bit of milk in tea/coffee so to hear you say half a slice of cheese can bung you up i might try again and be stricter.
I have looked at the oil pulling forum, wow it sounds crazy!! but i am willing to give anything a go. Did the oil pulling stop your mucus production then? also what oil did you use?
