I have overcome candida overgrowth from the top of my head to the tips of my toes.

My diet is 50% raw organic fruit. My fluids are 50% organic fruit juices. Fruit is chock-full of friendly bacteria which will help bring candida #s into proper ratios.

I supplement wiht 4 drops of pure oregano oil (the essential oil type) every morning for it's anti-fungal properties and have seen things in my toilet that you see on the candida protocols webpages ... white hairy looking slime ... the lil things that look like a glove with short fingers and black seed looking babies(?) inside.

I've done -0- candida cleansing. Just diet and oregano oil.
