Absolutely, unbelievably much better. It has been a 4 year journey and this is icing on the cake. I don't know if it can get better, but I hope so though I don't know in what way, and the trick will be to keep it this way and find the right balance.

I do get upset when I have certain medical problems, I feel I should just be healthy, but time might have effect on the body and of course there is no way that we ever can live perfectly.

Since I am your mother I can't help you with the baby part, but people like you should donate to the sperm bank and improve the world.
Sorry if this against anyone's religious beliefs.
