hi all,

i've been hearing about a product called smart water and have been doing some research on the net........this kind of water has added electrolytes among other stuff. it's particularly good for people that are fasting only on water as the electrolyte balance within your body can become dangerously low during long fasts. i have provided this link to a product that i purchased today for the first time from my local supermarket (not smart water but similar), hope you find it informative :)
