Your diet is probably the biggest factor. I have found that dairy products have wreaked havoc on me before...the high fat ones such as cheese and ice cream. If you are using hotel soap it is probably made with animal fat which can clog pours and also parabens and synthetic fragrance. You might want to find an all natural soap made with olive and coconut oil. The health food store would probably be the most convenient place to find the soap but sometimes they carry “natural” soaps with synthetic ingredients so you just have to read the label. Also anything with mineral oil in it will give me a mega-zit….and I have found many high dollar cosmetic companies will use this oil as one of their main ingredients…not surprisingly the cheapest oil available to them (mineral oil is actually a petroleum by-product). Not everyone is the same so you may have to keep track of food and ingredients in cosmetics to see what works for you.
