I took a drink with 1/4 t. baking soda with 2 T. apple cider vinegar in 1/2 cup of water. This was recommended on the earth clinic website. My ph went up after 2-3 days by a whole point. From 5.7 to 6.7! But then Moreless said that it damages the kidneys. So I stopped right away. I hope he's right, because I don't want to kick something really good to the curb. Well, it's my choice and I choose to give Moreless' ideas the preference right now.
