A little uncertain about baking soda. Have always heard one shouldn't add it to food as it destroys B vitamins.

Hazel Parcells, PhD, D.C., N.D., used the Baking Soda. She lived to 106! I'm not sure in what amounts or when she took it.

I suppose it's all in the balance. Would like to know more about it. How is it obtained? Is it from a natural earth deposit or what?
