Hi everyone,

thanks so much for the respond. That makes alot of sense. I do take a bit of Sea Salt with my dinners but have definitely not been getting much during the days at all. I will start adding a bit to my water.

Those are great meal suggestions...do you have a recipe for the gluten free flat bread by chance??

About diabetes: would there be other symptoms before the cleanse that could be further indicators that I may be diabetic?
