One thing I've recently started thinking about was mentioned by topic opener: is there a good way to fast for someone with severe candida?

During my first, 7-day, fast I used mainly carrots and apples but also heaps of other ingredients, but now I've started to think when I'll go on a fast again those fruit juices are going to make matters much worse. Also, here on CureZone, it's been said veggie juices are not nearly as good in fasting as fruit juices... So is there any way?
