Apparently P&B are not exactly gentle, according to my friendly Natual Health shopkeeper, an experienced detoxer. He mentioned that they are actually rather harst, and after enjoying them for a month or longer it would be beneficial to treat your gut with something soothing for a period, I didn't get into this too much just then... So, anything in what he said, what do yous think?
