how much of the berries do you have to eat to prevent hypo? If you stop eating them does the hypo come back?
Do you have a method of when you eat them, like before/after/with/inbetween meals that you have found works best? Where do you purchase? I have found the tibet berries at the health food store for 15-26 dollars/pound but recently found them at the chinese store for 10.00/pound. Do you know if these chinese berries are comparable?

thanks for your post, I love the berries and eat a lot of them but thus far they have not helped with hypo.
