Hi,

I’m 25 years old and until the past couple of years I can say that I never really had an Acne problem. Like most teenagers, I had the occasional pimple here and there, but nothing to worry about. Recently however, I have seen a dramatic increase in the outbreaks and their severity, and I have absolutely no idea what could be causing it. The only cause that I think could be affecting me is my poor diet. I recently started working as a national sales representative for a large company. This means that I am travelling much of the time and usually eat out.

What foods should I avoid? What foods should I eat? Are there any natural supplements which would help?
