I've seen a lot written about being too acidic. However, my imbalance is on the alkaline side per my spit/urine test.

Anyway, what are the health issues associated with an alkaline imbalance and how did I get that way? I eat plenty acidic foods like ice cream, cookies meats lentils/rice ect... I do like lemon or cranberry juice in my water, but I don't do it to excess except when I was "fat flushing" 6 months ago.
