I know Humaworm is doing it's thang for me, because I have die off symptoms that resolve with BMs. But, man, oh, man, you are getting the bells and whistles! Doing Humaworm is making a huge difference for you and is going to make a huge difference for you later.
I hope how great you feel later will make this discomfort worthwhile for you.

I did get one itchy session on the outside of my right heel.. drove me mad for about ten minutes.. and I have had puffy skin on my face since I began this, so maybe I am getting some changes there, as well.
