Low thyroid functioning can definitely result in infertility, and you may have kick-started your thyroid enough to become pregnant. Hooray!!!

You might also want to start using natual progesterone cream. Progesterone helps to maintain a pregnancy. I knew some who's daughter kept miscarrying and it was due to low progesterone. Her mother gave her natural progesterone cream and she now has two healthy, happy babies!
