I have ALWAYS had sinus issues...migraines, mucus, clearing throat...all of it.

Thanks to other health issues...my doc had me cut out a bunch of stuff from my diet and the stuff that cleared up all my sinus problems??? DAIRY! It's unreal. Who knew you could get rid of all that stuff but just altering what you eat. No more migraines, no more congestion...I drink rice milk now. I love cheese...but even a half of slice can plug me up. On those occassions I oil pull (check out the Oil Pulling forum on curezone) and I can quickly breathe clearly and mucus is gone. I thought oil pulling sounded rediculous and then I tried it.
