Thanks and I wish you success on your healing journey. So, after the Oxypowder , I hope that the increased fiber, cayenne, water will be able to do their jobs. Fortunately, I am not overweight. I have problems eating enough to get the 25 plus grams of fiber. Basically, it means eating nothing but fiber. And, I do admit to like protein and a little ice cream, chocolate and peanut butter.
