That's great Zoe. As I read your posts, I was inspired and actually wanted to continue past Day 10. I felt great, was hungry but almost afraid to eat. I don't have the self-control that I had hoped that I would gain but am doing better foodwise. System still not working the way that I would like. I ordered Oxypowder and will follow that cleanse. Did you do the Oxypowder ? Just not sure what else to do. My TSH is normal. The gastroentrologist wants me to do this colon marker transit study which I feel will just cost a lot of money to tell me that my digestive system/waste management system is slow. She also suggested Citrucel. Any words of wisdom? I want to tackle this in a natural way. Best of luck.
