I am on a raw omnivore diet including a few animal products like raw kefir, raw egg yolk and raw butter. I used to be vegan but for some unknown reason I cant seem to thrive on it. I am looking for some bread substitute to spread my butter on . Please note I don't have a dehydrator (I can use sunlight though) I once tried to have some soaked cereal baked in the sun but I broke a tooth eating it. What about drying some sourdough bread in the sun? any advice? thanks
