The one to talk to would be Annette from Wilderness Family Naturals as it is her article I posted. You could also talk to Dr. Bruce Fife if he is available, he's a pretty busy fellow. If you have questions about coconut and coconut oil benefits I highly recommend all of his books, my personal favorite being Eat Fat, Look Thin with very simple language on why coconut oil is so healthy and he backs up everything he says in his book with more than 200 studies. He's extremely knowledable, but puts it in such a down to earth manner that anyone can understand what he is saying.
