I know this message was from two years ago, but I just found it yesterday and I don't really want to jump into the middle of a two year old arguement. But, what interested me about it was the citation of The University of the Philippines for micro nutrients in coconut oil. I tried to find this study myself and found a dead end. I'm researching some of the nutritional benefits of coconut oil and am interested in knowing what the micro nutrients are. Could you site a reference for this information that you posted?
