Let’s start with Colostrum; never would have thought of it until it showed up in my SCIO test at a huge level. Shortly after adding it to my diet I realized why, Colostrum can kill lyme and some of its co-infections by jumpstarting the immune system (the best bug killer).
Now all over sudden I am loaded with Mercury from Amalgam (lyme bacteria carry mercury) which I haven’t had for ~5 years so I need to chelate. IP6 works very well, maybe better than DMPS/DMSA because it leaves the body less drained. But it appears to have affinity for rust, and dosages required to take out rust as well as Mercury and Lead are pretty high so I need to re-mineralize after use, more supplements…in come the Ortho-Minerals.
How long will this metal detox last? Don’t know but without available mercury there is no active lyme disease so IMO this is worth it.
As for Manna, I haven’t touched it for over 3 weeks. It has no stale date and when I feel I need it or the SCIO tells me that the body wants it I have it. That said it took 5 weeks of daily manna to neutralize toxins and re-mineralize with M-Rhodium, M-Gold and M-Iridium.
NOTE: Perhaps running Himalayan Salt through the vortex thingy creates some M-state metals…
These are complex issues and there is no linear way to fix them, not sure where I would be without the SCIO because how does one realize that heavy metals are the temporary cause of you kidney troubles without it?
I have no immediate plans for Z water; I really enjoy the Salt/Potassium Chloride, Ascorbic Acid water mix once run through the vortex thingy. As for CS, I have not used it very much lately; Iodine and CS appear to have similar functions. However CS can bind to fluoride so early on the SCIO had it off the charts but now not so much.
Now let’s remember that with me having lyme and a good chunk of the co-infections for decades there is a lot of repair that has to go on that is not something the average person needs, so your mileage may vary :)
