that was one of the first things i tried. It helped (mainly because alkaline foods are "healthy", but, it certainly was not the total cure that ML sells it as. I had to do a lot more. I have been on this web site for years, I know about ph balancing, which was around long before ML. it can help, but the universe is not governed by ph.
