Far as Lugols goes, i just read from another member that his guts have tightened up, stools are perfect, movement like clockwork, and no GI distress no matter what or how much he ate on the leaky gut forum.

I love my dead process food SOMETIMES i cheat so I think that Lugols can be a good asset to my protol.
