I am on day 2, 6 drops a day and I feel wellexcept for some sluggishness and some very light headache about 1/2 hour after taking lugol's. it looks like detox symptoms, is it possible to have detox at such a low dosage?

I have been taking vit C, I have not taken salt water so far b/c I was worried about the rifght moment to take it. I guess I shouild be on an empty stomach? should it be done right after taking iodine?

I also wanted to inquire whether Iodine would be safe to give to my 3 y old daughter ( in very small amounts maybe? ) she already had 2 times x rays and I thought that might be helpful to her
