Propaul, sorry for delay in answering. You are so informative & a real pro! So much advice. I wonder that we're all taking these enemas for the sheer pleasure, & deciding it's strictly for health!!!

Olive Oil Enema s are great for a clean out. I wonder how fattening & how much is absorbed in the body that isn't expelled.
