congrats on doing so many MCs and doing so well w/ exercise and eating. u may wanna look into Iodine supplementation for the hypothyroidism. i'm sorta new at it and dont know all the specifics, but from what i've read, it has a really big effect on your thyroid. the forum here can help u find tons of info about it.
